When Sasser Construction calls and wants photographs of one of their custom homes I am always excited. Their attention to detail shows in the final product. This home was in Smithfield Virginia a short drive from Norfolk. When pulling into the neighborhood, this beautiful modern farmhouse sits up on a small hill. The front porch and entry are inviting. Inside the repurpose of materials was everywhere from doors to their latches. The hardwood floors were just perfect. More than a house, Sasser construction built a home.
