There was big news this week, James Beard nominee Chef Sydney Meers will be coming out of retirement and opening a new restaurant in downtown Norfolk at the Selden Arcade. Come October Chef Syd plans to open Syd's Fish Pig Cafe with a whole new spin on his culinary view.
