Watching a neighborhood being built from the ground up is one of the best perks of my job. You get to see the architects vision, the hard work of the builders and then the real estate agents finding people their perfect home. A new trend in 55 plus communities is a great clubhouse. The builders at Weldonfield and Rowe does not disappoint in their vision at The Retreat at Kemps River. From the cathedral ceiling and fireplace, the kitchen area, and exercise room, this place has it all. Then the pool area, for an outdoor barbeque, fire pit or just relaxing this place is resort living.
